Experience the calming and restorative benefits of Acu-Wellness, a simple yet powerful practice designed to support stress reduction, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
This offering utilizes the NADA Protocol, a gentle form of auricular (ear) acupuncture that involves the placement of up to five small, sterile needles in specific points of the ear. The protocol has been used worldwide in behavioral health, recovery programs, disaster response, and community wellness settings to support relaxation, resilience, and nervous system regulation.
Many people report feeling calmer, more grounded, and better able to cope with stress after a session. Acu-Wellness may support:
• Stress reduction and relaxation
• Emotional regulation
• Improved sleep
• Recovery and wellness support
• Reduced feelings of overwhelm
• Nervous system balance
• Mental clarity and focus
Sessions take place in a quiet community setting where participants relax comfortably for approximately 30–45 minutes while the needles remain in place. No talking or processing is required, allowing the body and mind an opportunity to rest and reset.
No prior experience is needed.
Important Information
• Please eat before attending your session.
• Wear comfortable clothing.
• Participants should arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
• Ear seeds may be available for those who prefer a needle-free option when appropriate.
• This service is intended to support wellness and is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.
Whether you are navigating stress, seeking a moment of calm, or simply looking to support your overall well-being, Acu-Wellness offers an accessible and grounding experience for the community.

Meet our Founder
Ashley Hallman is the founder of Legacy of the Rose, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and an ordained spiritual minister with more than a decade of experience in the mental health field. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity development, and major life transitions. Her work is grounded in the understanding that meaningful healing involves the whole person, including the mind, body, relationships, environment, and sense of meaning.
In 2025, Ashley founded Legacy of the Rose to create a more accessible and inclusive space for healing, education, connection, and personal exploration. The center brings together evidence-informed mental health concepts, contemplative practices, consciousness studies, and holistic approaches to well-being. Through workshops, community gatherings, retreats, outreach programs, guided meditation, intuitive practices, Reiki, and other integrative experiences, Ashley encourages people to remain curious about the many ways healing and personal growth can occur.
Ashley is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Integrative Health at Saybrook University. Her academic work reflects her interest in the relationship between psychology, spirituality, consciousness, and human transformation. She is particularly passionate about bridging Eastern and Western perspectives and exploring how clinical knowledge, emerging research, and long-standing contemplative traditions can inform a more complete understanding of human well-being.
Through Legacy of the Rose, Ashley has created a space where science and consciousness studies can come together without requiring people to choose between critical thinking and personal meaning. Her approach is thoughtful, grounded, and open-minded, welcoming individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and belief systems.
At the heart of Ashley’s work is a commitment to helping people better understand themselves, strengthen their connection with others, and access meaningful opportunities for healing and growth. Through both her professional practice and community-based work, she continues to build spaces where people feel respected, supported, and empowered to explore what well-being means for them
